At Claro Interior, we strive to process and deliver orders as quickly as possible. However, customers may request order cancellations under the following conditions.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only if the cancellation request is made before the order has been processed or dispatched.

If the order has already been processed, packed, or shipped, the cancellation request may not be accepted.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If the cancellation request is approved:

  • The refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • The refund will be issued through the original payment method, where applicable

Non-Cancellable Orders

Orders may not be cancelled if:

  • The product has already been shipped or dispatched

  • The order has been customized or specially prepared

  • The cancellation request is made after processing has started
