  • The product received is damaged during delivery

  • The product received is incorrect or different from the order

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

To request a return, customers must contact us with order details and clear photos of the product showing the issue.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition

  • The product must be returned with original packaging

  • The return request must be made within the specified time period

Returns may not be accepted if the product has been used, installed, modified, or damaged after delivery.
