A returned product is approved and received by our team
The product was damaged or incorrect upon delivery
The return request meets the conditions mentioned in the Return Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
The refund will be approved or rejected based on the condition of the product
If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during the purchase whenever possible.
Refunds may not be provided in the following cases:
Product has been used or installed
Product returned without original packaging
Return request made after the allowed time period
