Refund policy

At Claro Interior, refunds are processed only under specific circumstances to ensure fairness for both customers and the company.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued if:

  • A returned product is approved and received by our team

  • The product was damaged or incorrect upon delivery

  • The return request meets the conditions mentioned in the Return Policy

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • The refund will be approved or rejected based on the condition of the product

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during the purchase whenever possible.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be provided in the following cases:

  • Product has been used or installed

  • Product returned without original packaging

  • Return request made after the allowed time period
